Poll: inflation and war keep Greeks awake


According to a new opinion poll by Marc, the gap between Nea Democracy and SYRIZA is less than 10%.

In particular, in a survey conducted on behalf of ANT1, the difference between New Democracy and SYRIZA is 9.3%. At the same time, the Greeks answered a number of other important questions, for example, about the government they want to see, as well as what worries them most in everyday life, writes in.gr.

30.8% of citizens intend to vote for ND, 21.5% for SYRIZA, 14% for KINAL, 5.5% for KKE (KKE), 4.7% for Ελληνική Λύση, 2.9% for MERA25, Έλληνες για την Πατρίδα – 2.2% and 4.9% decided to cast their votes for the “other party”.

When asked what worries you the most, the following answers were received:

  • Inflation 84.7%
  • War in Ukraine 77.4%
  • Coronavirus 40.7%
  • National issues 19.6%
  • Crime/Violence 17.7%
  • Immigrants 10.4%
  • Natural disasters 6.6%

When the elections are due:

  • 49.8% after 4 years,
  • 29.2% immediately,
  • 16% this fall,
  • 5% don’t know/no answer.
