Carlson: Ukraine is a distraction from US internal problems

Surprisingly, this idea not only sounded, but also became almost central in the opposition conservative media. The loudest, of course, is the voice of the most popular political commentator on TV, Tucker Carlson.

In his programs, he has several times raised the topic of the White House’s hysteria around the “Russian invasion in Ukraine” and the obsession of the liberal establishment with Vladimir Putin. This is how Carlson launched the program on February 22: “From the moment Donald Trump was elected president, the Washington Democrats have been telling you that it is your patriotic duty to hate Vladimir Putin. This is not a request, this is an order. Anything less than hatred is a betrayal…

And then a clear, direct appeal to Trump’s electorate: “Isn’t it about time you wonder why I hate Putin so much. Did Putin call me a racist? Did he threaten to fire me for disagreeing with him? Did he take middle-class jobs to Russia? He started a worldwide pandemic that affected my business? Is he teaching my kids about racial discrimination? Is he making fentanyl? Is he attacking Christianity? Does he eat dogs? Those are all honest questions. And the answer to all is no.”

And then – about Ukraine, where the Bidens have business interests. In any case, they were. And for the sake of Ukraine, Biden is going to shut off SP-2, which will undoubtedly lead to an increase in energy prices. In addition, escalation could lead to nuclear war. Not to mention that all the talk that Ukraine is a democracy is a lie. Ukraine is a dictatorship of puppets of the Democratic Party.

Again, Tucker Carlson is the most popular person on American TV. By the way, let’s see how he will speak at CPAC-2022 (the annual forum of American conservatives – see above in this channel) and in general how the topic of Russia will be presented at this event.
