In the suburbs of the German city of Munich, two passenger suburban trains collided, at least 30 people were injured, one died, reports Bild.
Emergency services are on the scene. The movement of trains on this section is stopped.
As a result of the collision, one passenger died, about 20 people were injured. It took time for the rescuers to cut out the driver’s cab of one of the trains.
There were 95 passengers on the two trains. About 680 police officers, firefighters, rescuers and technical assistance organizations were involved in the rescue work.
Deutsche Bahn reported that there were foreign objects on the way. On Monday, February 14, the police of the Bavarian capital reported about the accident on their Twitter.
