Information on a new charge of ill-treatment of a 4-year-old baby, which became known to the public, is shocking.
In the presence of Sophia Bekatorou, the European Network Against Violence demonstrated today, Thursday 3/2/22, the #Metoo platform, where everyone can write about themselves if they are or have been a victim of violence in the past, or if their relatives and friends have suffered.
According to MEGA, 208 reports of such cases have already been recorded on the electronic platform. Among them is the story of a 4-year-old boy who suffered from the son of his nanny.
The statement of the boy’s father, who survived this traumatic experience, made those present in the hall at the presentation of the #Metoo website, held in Zappeion (Athens), shudder.
Course of events
As the boy’s father said, a 52-year-old nanny watched his child when he and his wife left home. However, after some time they noticed changes in their son’s behavior and immediately mobilized by installing cameras in the apartment.
There, they unfortunately discovered that a 4-year-old boy was being abused by the son of a 52-year-old woman. “What I saw cannot be described in words,” the baby’s father testified from the podium.
The son of the woman who was hired to look after the child, when he was presented with terrible accusations, tried to justify himself, but the fact of his guilt was fully proven.
