Layered chicken breast salad

Delicious puff salad with chicken, cheese, vegetables and walnuts. Most importantly, prepare the salad in advance so that the layers have time to soak.


2 onions 100-150 gr. walnuts 1 chicken breast 200 gr. pickled cucumbers 3 potatoes 2 carrots 3 eggs 100 gr. cheese 150 gr. mayonnaise


Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan. Cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, cool and chop. Cut a few pickled cucumbers into small pieces. We will collect the salad in the ring in layers, so we divide all the ingredients into two equal parts. The first layer will be potatoes, then fried onions and chicken meat. We try to distribute evenly throughout the form. We make a mesh of mayonnaise (we do not regret that the salad turned out juicy). Then a layer of pickled cucumbers, a little mayonnaise, carrots, mayonnaise, hard cheese grated on a coarse grater, mayonnaise, egg, mayonnaise and, finally, walnuts. Repeat all layers in the same sequence. The last layer is nuts. Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. We take the salad out of the mold, grease its sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

If you are too lazy to lay out vegetables in layers, you can safely mix all the ingredients together with mayonnaise and fill out the form. Leave in the refrigerator until use.
