What measures are in effect from Monday 31 January 2022

The government newspaper The Official Gazette has published measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, which come into effect from 6:00 tomorrow and will last until 06:00 on February 7.

In order to visit the bank, church and government services, you must present at the entrance:

certificate of vaccination, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9; or a certificate of illness, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9; or confirmation of a negative test for COVID-19 (PCR or rapid test), in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9.

For children aged 4-17, it is sufficient to have a certificate of a negative self-diagnosis, in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 9. An exception to the above rules is the appeal in connection with urgent cases, in particular, to the police.

To visit public catering establishments, you must be fully vaccinated or recover from coronavirus in the last three months, in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 9. A mandatory requirement is compliance with hygiene and safety rules, lack of crowds, and observance of the established distance between tables. At the entrance, visitors present:

certificate of vaccination, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9; or a certificate of illness, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9.

The use of a mask by staff and customers is mandatory when entering, exiting and moving inside the store. In particular, personnel should use a high respiratory protection mask (FFP2 or N95) or alternatively a double mask (surgical and cloth).

Mandatory requirements include:

no more than six people at the table; musicians keep a distance of at least one meter from each other; singers and professional dancers remain on the track during the performance, not approaching the audience at the tables.

Protective measures that apply to all activities:

the mask is used in all premises, including workplaces. Exception – work in private without the presence of any other person; a mask is mandatory in all outdoor areas unless otherwise specified in specific protocols. Exception: children under 4 years of age and persons who cannot use a mask due to health problems (if there is official confirmation); maintaining a distance of one and a half meters (1 person per 2 sq.m) between people indoors and outdoors: both for fully vaccinated and recovered patients, and in spaces for mixed visitors; placement/use of an alcohol solution with a content of more than 70% for hand antisepsis; placement in a conspicuous place of the rules for the operation of shops and enterprises, including information on the maximum allowable number of people who are allowed to be in the premises; ventilation of premises in a natural or artificial way when applying subelements D1 (e) / GP.oik.26335 / 23.4.2020 and D1 / GP.oik.81816 / 12.18.2020 of the circulars of the Ministry of Health, which were posted, respectively, on the websites. .
