Immediately after the New Year, the famous and beloved by many actor Leonid Kuravlev was hospitalized and was being treated for pneumonia in the city clinical hospital No. 40 in the capital’s Kommunarka. Today he is gone.
The actor was admitted to the hospital on January 5 with suspected coronavirus. As Izvestia reported, tests for COVID-19 passed on January 6 and 9 were negative. At the same time, Kuravlev had an elevated temperature, and the saturation was at the level of 89.6%. Later, the actor needed emergency stomach surgery – doctors performed a gastrostomy on him.
