Robert de Niro and partners opened a hotel-restaurant in Santorini

The first hotel and restaurant in Greece of the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini group will operate from spring 2022. Nobu Hospitality, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper.

Located on the island’s enchanting northeast coast, Nobu Santorini Hotel & Restaurant will feature a Nobu-branded restaurant, a full-service spa, a gym, a split-level infinity pool, and five luxury pool villas with two panoramic views of the caldera and to the Aegean Sea from a unique place on top of a cliff in Imerovigli.

The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the charming seaside town of Oia and 20 minutes from Santorini (Thira) International Airport along the famous Oia-Fira hiking trail between Oia and Fira, the cosmopolitan capital of Santorini.

Nobu Hospitality has entered into a long-term management agreement with MonteRock International (MRI), a group with over 25 years of experience in various key industries such as hospitality, media, food and beverage, real estate, banking and more.
