A 56-year-old man, a construction worker, was charged by two minors who claim he forced them to commit obscene acts while filming a video on his cell phone.

The man was charged with indecent behavior towards minors and sentenced to 6 years and 3 months of probation, with a ban on communication and approaching the victims at a distance of less than 100 meters.

According to the Demokratiki newspaper, according to the complaint of two underage girls aged 15 and 17, in the period from September 2013 to the end of January 2014, the accused visited the family where one of the girls lived, took her for a walk or to a cafe, He also taught me how to drive a car and a motorcycle. Thus, a special relationship was created between them. Later, the girl introduced him to her friend.

Reportedly, threatening them or their family members, the man transported them in his car to various deserted places in Rhodes, for example, at the foot of the Filerimos hill in Ialyssos, on the beach of Ialyssos, in the forest of Agios Soulas in Soroni, or in the area of ​​Salakou Nativity. There, he allegedly forced the girls, at least according to their testimony, to undress inside the car and commit obscene acts of a sexual nature while he himself sat in the front seat of his car, filmed them and masturbated.

In court, the man denied everything, stressing that he had already filed a lawsuit for libel, false accusation, forgery and incitement to lies by the families of the victims, claiming that the girl’s father was the “culprit of the conspiracy”. He also presented the testimony of a minor who, in fact, admits that she was the one who flirted with him and established an “open relationship”.

The man provided additional revealing messages from the girl, in which she admits that everything that is said against him is false. In them, the girl allegedly confesses to a “friend” that she feels remorse for complaining to her parents because “this is not true,” and also declares that she intends to give new testimony.

The defendant also allegedly had a series of messages from the same girl addressed to him on his personal Facebook page. Nevertheless, the man was found guilty and given a term, albeit conditionally.
