Boris Johnson did not deny himself the pleasure of having fun at parties during the period of general isolation. The media reported about one of them the other day: in May 2020, more than 40 guests were having fun in the garden of the Prime Minister’s residence.

The recent disclosure on the Internet of a letter from a high-ranking official, in which he invited about 100 employees to a private party “with their drinks”, caused a sharp outrage from the British Conservative Party and the media. Among those present at the event were Boris Johnson and his future wife Carrie Johnson. In a letter reaching ITV News, it says:
“Hello to all. After an incredibly busy period, we thought it would be nice to take advantage of the wonderful weather and have some social events at Garden # 10 tonight. Please join us from 6pm and bring your own drinks! “
And at the same time and even on the same day, Oliver Dowden, the country’s culture minister, reminded the British at a press conference:
“You can meet with one person who is not a member of your family in a public place outdoors, provided that you are at least two meters apart.”
British police are investigating the notorious offense. And the media come out with loud headlines:
