Tiramisu roll

A simple and quick recipe for everyone’s favorite Tiramisu cake without baking, in the form of a roll, ideal for Christmas and any festive table!

RECIPE:

300 ml. coffee 2 tsp sugar 500 gr. mascarpone 4 tbsp. l. sugar 400 ml. chilled cream from 30% 30 pcs. Savoyardi cookies 30 gr. cocoa

Cooking process

We brew coffee, add a little sugar (optional) so that it doesn’t taste bitter. Whisk mascarpone with powdered sugar. Add the chilled cream and continue whisking until thickened. We dip Savoyardi cookies in coffee and put 3 pieces in a row on baking paper. Leave a little less than half of the cream for decorating the cake, apply most of the cream on top of the cookies and gently distribute. Sprinkle with cocoa. Roll up into a roll, twist the edges tight and put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours. We take out the cake from the refrigerator, mix the remaining cream and grease the roll on all sides. We plant several roses on top. Sprinkle with cocoa. We put the cake in the refrigerator and leave it overnight or for 6-8 hours, so that the cookies are soaked and soft like a biscuit.
