108-year-old long-liver was vaccinated against covid

A 108-year-old grandmother was vaccinated because all her peers and loved ones “left.”

A long-liver from Serres was vaccinated with the first dose because, as she characteristically stated, she missed the company of her neighbors.

This was reported on social networks by the deputy head of the 4th department of the Ministry of Health of Macedonia and Thrace, Irini Hatzopoulou. The service posted a photo of an amazing, positive-minded old woman smiling broadly into the lens on their facebook page.

Recall that in the prefecture of Serres there are teams of doctors who do vaccinations at home.

The visit of the 108-year-old long-liver by the medical staff of KY Zichni caused strong emotions.

The year of birth of the 1st dose vaccinated woman (officially registered) is 1918, although she is said to have been born in 1914.

Hope has no age – not at 104, not at 107! “I want to get vaccinated because because of the coronavirus pandemic I can’t communicate with my neighbors, and it’s too boring to be alone,” she told the medical team.
