Another Turkish challenge against Greek fishing vessels took place off the coast of Imia.
According to sources in the coast guard, Turkish warships approached the Greek ships, where fishermen were placing nets, and “cut” them, SKAI reports.
This was followed by the immediate intervention of the boats of the Greek Navy, as a result of which the Turkish ship left the scene of the incident.
In recent days, there have been other similar persecutions of Greek fishermen by Turkish vessels.
