Divine classic combination of chocolate-orange. You should definitely make this cookie! Perfect for a festive New Year’s table!
RECIPE:
output – 12 pieces
110 g butter (room temperature) 90-100 gr. sugar a pinch of salt vanillin on the tip of a knife 1 egg, take out the orange peel from the refrigerator in advance 250 gr. flour 5 gr. baking powder 80 gr. dark chocolate (couverture)
COOKING:
Beat the softened butter lightly, add sugar and continue beating for a few more minutes. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, orange zest and an egg at room temperature. We mix. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the mass, knead soft dough and add chopped chocolate, mix. We roll up small balls from the prepared dough, lay them out on baking paper at some distance from each other. We bake at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Leave to cool completely and enjoy the fragrant cookies with chocolate pieces.
