An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6, occurred at night at 01:28 on December 18, 9 kilometers southwest of the settlement of Castro-Kyllini in the Peloponnese.
The focal depth of the earthquake is determined at 20 km.
The zone, in the west of the Peloponnese, near the island of Zakynthos, is considered one of the most active seismic areas in Greece.
No damage or damage was reported.
