Vouchers for 150 euros issued in Greece as a reward to vaccinated young people 18-25 years old will be valid for another 6 months – until June 30, 2022.
By a joint decision of the Ministers of Development and Investments Adonis Georgiadis, State and Digital Administration Kyriakos Pierrakakis and Healthcare Thanos Pleuris, as well as Deputy Minister of Finance Todoros Skilakakis, the validity of the Freedom Pass is extended by several months.
More than half a million young people in Greece have already taken advantage of it, 506,520 applications have been implemented, starting from 20.07.2021. Freedom Pass is a digital prepaid debit card that costs € 150. It is intended for shopping in tourism, transport and culture. The action was implemented by the information society SA. (IS SA).
The process of obtaining the card is very simple. Those who wish to log into freedompass.gov.gr using their Taxisnet passwords. Then you need to enter and confirm your mobile phone number and email address. If there are no Taxisnet codes, you can end the process at KEP. The next day, applicants receive an SMS to activate the card and an email with instructions on how to use it.
