Antivaxer parents burned a children’s book informing preschoolers about the pandemic (video)

Parents who oppose vaccinations and the wearing of masks set fire to a children’s book to protest the measures against Covid-19.

An unprecedented incident, reminiscent of the “dark days” of our source, took place in Chalcis, the capital of the island of Evia, just 50 km from Athens.

A book by a famous children’s author Eugene Trivizas is informing children about the pandemic, and it is planned to be disseminated to kindergartens throughout Greece.

Trivizas’s book explains to children the problems associated with the coronavirus pandemic, and for this reason, it has become a target for anti-vaccination parents.

On Sunday, parents gathered in Chalkida Square, and the young father, in a rage, declared that they “dared to give” this book to his 4-year-old child, before throwing it in the trash bin along with the masks and setting it on fire.

The father claimed that, in addition to the parents, the meeting was attended by teachers and lawyers who opposed any measures, saying “No” to the orders and “terrorism” of the Greek authorities.

By reports, the parents claimed that the book was “propaganda” aimed at the minds of the children.
