The coronavirus may have turned everything upside down in our lives, but it has not yet managed to discourage gourmets from enjoying unknown foods. Food hunters never stop looking for the best places in the world for a delicious menu that is an unforgettable experience to taste.
And, as is usually the case after every major social or economic downturn, new gourmet restaurants have sprung up and opened their doors from Singapore to Dubai and Barcelona to Bogota.
But what are the tasting “experts” paying more attention to in the new restaurants that are emerging in the post-coronavirus era? According to a recent publication by the American Forbes, the demand is no longer only for incredibly creative dishes that bring innovation to global gastronomy, while earning a shining Michelin star.
Now the main criterion that makes the restaurant truly unique is its general attitude towards visitors and the undeniable need for the safety of the establishment in terms of sanitary protocol.
Three Forbes representatives, each unique through their high standing in global food service circles, have pledged to open the coolest and coolest new restaurants around the world, ones worth visiting in 2022 if we find ourselves in some from cities.
The list of 11 best includes a Greek restaurant, which is of particular importance in domestic events and is already considered unique and widely discussed.
The Delta restaurant is located in the Cultural Center of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and opened relatively recently, but has already managed to conquer even the most demanding connoisseurs of food.
According to the corresponding Forbes list, Delta stands out not only for its unique sea view, but also for the fact that it is located just a few meters from the Acropolis and is considered a truly unique catering establishment, thanks to the original methods used to prepare its innovative dishes.
“Delta’s innovative young team specializes in local fresh produce from small producers. The kitchen uses cooking methods from recipes from ancient Greece that have been carried over into the new era. The logic of gourmet dining has become art here.
