The German edition of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung has published an article by the famous philosopher Slavoj ižek “Deceived Swindlers” about an incident in Greece. He talks about vaccine opponents who were given the usual vaccine for 400 euros:
“A few weeks ago, the Greek media reported that a case involving 100,000 deniers and between 200 and 300 doctors and nurses was solved. The deniers were giving 400 euros to make a vaccine with harmless saline instead of the usual vaccine. but keeping the “bag.” On the one hand, they acted morally, but on the other hand, they were bribed. “
After in an attempt to trick the system, anti-vaxers received the “saline” inoculation, they experienced the same side effects as those who did the real vaccine: pain at the injection site, mild fever, a slight increase in temperature. They could not understand how they could experience similar symptoms after receiving a harmless injection.
Slavoj ižek discusses how the actions of doctors in relation to vaccine deniers can be assessed, reports Deutsche Welle:
“Even if I condemn the fraud on the part of doctors, I cannot judge them too harshly. When they issued the vaccination certificate, they were completely correct, as they had received the real vaccinations. Only those who wanted to cheat the system and get vaccinated benefits were deceived. They could not imagine that in the end they were vaccinated! “
