We put all the ingredients in the baking sleeve and go about our business. The meat is cooked in its own juice, it turns out soft and aromatic. Lick your fingers, and most importantly – the oven will not get dirty at all!
– 600-800 gr. meat (I have pork) – salt, pepper, seasoning for meat – 2 bay leaves – 2-3 heads of onions – 2 cloves of garlic – 1 red bell pepper – 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice – 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil – 800 gr. potatoes.

– Cut the pork into not very large pieces. Now we need to marinate it. To do this, add salt, pepper, seasoning for meat, chopped onions and garlic, bay leaves, red bell pepper, lemon juice and a little olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside for 30-60 minutes. – Peel and chop the potatoes, add salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, a spoonful of olive oil and mix everything. – Put the potatoes and meat in a baking bag, tie and mix the contents, shaking the bag slightly. We put it in a small refractory container, pierce it in several places and put it in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 1 hour. – Carefully cut the bag and, if we want the dish to turn out to be more ruddy, we send it to the oven for another 15 minutes, in the grill mode.
