In short:
Wearing a mask is mandatory in any enclosed area and outdoors in crowded places;
➖ Visit without additional documents
Grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, butchers, seafood stores, pharmacies, gas stations, pet stores, laundries and tobacconists Farmers markets Open-air archaeological sites
➖ Attendance with test or certificate:
State institutions Banks Courts, procurators, cadastral offices Private organizations Medical institutions (see below for details) Churches Open-air catering establishments Open-air playgrounds Retail trade, including shopping centers and outlets Hairdressers, beauty salons, nail and spa salons Brothels Zoos and botanical gardens Lunaparks Hotels and other tourist accommodation, travel agencies, car rental agencies, ticket agencies
➖ Visiting only with a certificate of vaccination or previous illness:
Nightclubs, including banquet halls, music venues and bars Indoor catering establishments Indoor playgrounds and playrooms Trade fairs, conferences, symposia Museums, art exhibitions Concert halls, cinemas, gyms
Rules for visiting medical institutions:
➖ without test
urgent cases (and sick and accompanying) patients for examination in public and private medical institutions vaccinated or recovered accompanying (except for escort to hospitalization)
➖ with test (PRC / express)
patients for examination in public and private medical institutions, subject to the release of an aerosol during the examination, unvaccinated accompanying in all cases, vaccinated or recovered accompanying, at hospitalization of the patient
Children from 4 to 17 years old are eligible to provide a self-test certificate, instead of a PCR or rapid test
Third-country nationals have the right to present to the examining person a vaccination certificate or a certificate of a previous illness obtained in their country, or a negative PCR result or a rapid test for coronavirus.

❌❌❌ It is forbidden to sell professional products, tools and accessories for hairdressing to persons who do not have a permit to work as a hairdresser. Is it allowed to sell no more than 2 items of such a product to one person? ❌❌❌
