New digital service “myOAED Appointment”

Citizens have been able to digitally schedule their visits to OAED services from Tuesday, November 16, 2021, according to a joint statement from the Ministries of Labor and Social Affairs and Digital Governance.

The myOAED system only deals with services that are not provided exclusively electronically at gov.gr and www.oaed.gr. The service was implemented by the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems of the Ministry of Digital Government in cooperation with OAED.

The appointment procedure is very simple. Citizens can access the platform either directly through rantevouoaed.gov.gr or through gov.gr by choosing the OAED Electronic Appointment Request service (ηλεκτρονικό αίτημα ραντεβού σε υπηρεσίες του ΟΑΕΔ), located in the Citizen “(” Πολίτης και καθημερινότητα “) and subsection” Remote services for citizens “(” εξ αποστάσεως εξυπηρέτηση πολιτών “).

How to sign in to the new platform
The platform is entered using Taxisnet codes. During the enrollment process, the citizen selects one of the services provided, enters the zip code of the area in which he wants to be served, and then selects the day and time, filling in the details of the citizen for whom he wishes to schedule a visit. Upon completion of the process, citizens will receive an email confirming the meeting to their specified email address. The incoming email will include the meeting information and can be rescheduled or canceled.

The myOAED assignment applies to all 117 Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) as well as six Employment Offices for Special Social Groups (Γραφεία Εργασίας Ειδικών Κοινωνικών Ομάδων (ΓΕ ΕΚΟ) του Οργανισου

As a reminder, most OAED services are provided exclusively electronically, both through gov.gr using Taxisnet codes, and OAED e-services oaed.gr/e-yperesies, with Taxisnet codes or OAED Certified User Codes.

The services for which you can make an appointment through myOAED are as follows:

Applications that cannot be submitted electronically, submission of supporting documents. Certificate of regular unemployment benefits (except this year). Complaints about insurance benefits other than social benefits. Resolving issues of borrowers of the former housing loan OEK. Statement of Payment of Salaries for Student Students Absent from Work to Participate in Written Exams. Submission of applications for the payment of a grant from employers, submission of supporting documents. Employers’ application for employment programs. Application for a grant from employers for internship for students ΑΤΕΙ-ΑΣΠΑΙΤΕ. Application for recognizing the time of unemployment due to irregular employment. Correction of registry data, submission of supporting documents. Issuing codes (κλειδαρίθμου). Consulting on unemployment. Employer advice.
