300 gr. flour 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt (no top) 110 ml. cold water 80 ml. vegetable oil
130 g flour 80 gr. butter (room temperature) vegetable oil for frying
Let’s prepare the filling so that it has time to cool down. To do this, we cut the apples into small squares. They should be browned a little to soften. Add butter and salt. sugar, cinnamon, a little lemon juice. In cold water, dilute a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch and add to the apples, leave on fire for a few minutes, so that the mass thickens slightly. Cool down the filling. Let’s prepare dough number 1. We mix flour, sugar, salt, water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. We wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For dough number 2, mix flour and butter. We leave it on the table. Next, we make 10 balls from each test. Do not forget to cover the dough with a foil so that it does not wind up. Take a ball of dough # 1, make a cake and put a ball of dough # 2 inside, pinch the edges and roll a new ball. We roll it into a long strip, which we roll up into a roll. Turn the roll over and roll it again into a strip, roll it up again into a roll. Cut it in half and roll it out. Put the filling inside and pinch the edges. – Heat the vegetable oil and fry the pies until golden brown.
