Russian President Vladimir Puti announced his readiness to increase the supply of blue fuel to European countries as much as necessary.
Speaking today at the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week, held in Moscow on October 13-15, Putin said that the increase in gas supplies was 15%, but this is not the limit – Russia is ready to supply the required volumes:
“We are increasing supplies to Europe, Gazprom by 10%, in general, Russia has increased supplies to Europe by 15%. We have increased supplies to Europe by 10%, and we have caught up with LNG to 13%.”
The head of the Russian Federation stressed that there was no reduction in supplies, unlike other suppliers who reduced them by 12 billion cubic meters, RIA Novosti quoted him as saying. Half of this volume comes from US suppliers. The head of state added:
“If we are asked for more, we are ready to increase more, we increase as much as our partners ask us. There is not a single refusal.”
