The Internet edition “Russian Athens” continues to publish culinary recipes from Irina Fedotova. Today we have a recipe for a soft flavorful cake or pie with pears and chocolate pieces.
You get the same charlotte, but with pears for a change. It is prepared without any problems, everything is mixed and in the oven. You will have to wait a bit, but the result will please you. A great addition to tea or coffee? and you can take with you to school.
Form 22 cm.
pears – 4-5 pieces flour – 180-200 grams of eggs – 3 pieces sugar – 180 grams salt – a pinch of sour cream or yogurt – 2 tbsp. spoons baking powder – 6 grams vanillin (you can cinnamon, a little lemon or orange peel) chocolate or chocolate drops – 100 grams
To prepare the dough, beat the eggs until light foam, add sugar and vanillin. We continue to beat for another 5-6 minutes.
Add sour cream or yogurt, salt, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough.
Add one pear to the dough, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover the baking dish with baking paper and fill it with dough.
We peel a few more pears, cut them in half. We cut each half into thin slices, do not cut a little to the very top. Fan the halves of the pears and place them on top of the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. My cake was baked for a little over an hour. Do not forget to check the readiness with a wooden stick.
Additionally, hot pie can be brushed with a little honey or apricot jam for shine, and for those who like pies a little sweeter.
