Students will have to take a self-test today, the result of which will be announced at self-testing.gov.gr.
By Tuesday 12/10, students are encouraged to announce their self-test score on the self-testing.gov.gr platform to safely return to school.
It is noted that this year, for the first time, when an infected person is found in the classroom, people in contact with the student, after written confirmation from the school principal, must pass a free rapid test (rapid test,) on the first and seventh day after contact (if the person has not been vaccinated ).
If vaccinated schoolchildren have had close contact with a person who tests positive for covid, they should also conduct a self-test on the first and seventh days after close contact with the infected person.
We remind you that for some time the student’s test results will be entered into the school card, and in the near future self-testing.gov.gr will be “merged” with the new platform edupass.gov.gr – where students are already announcing self-test results.
It is noted that since October 8, the distribution of 4 free self tests for coronavirus has been completed to students, which cover the period of October 4-15.
