Intracom, registered in Athens, closed the largest IT deal in Greece, selling 100% of its IT subsidiary Intrasoft to Danish Netcompany.
The € 235 million deal also includes loans, the short-term portion of which, refinanced in January 2018, amounts to € 46.2 million.
Intracom will receive € 166.8 million in cash plus € 18 million worth of Netcompany shares. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year and will support Intracom’s strategy to transform into an investment company.
Netcompany’s capitalization is about $ 4.9 billion.
