Six programs aimed at reducing unemployment in Greece are being prepared by the OAED. They are expected to offer 28,400 jobs. Applications can be made gradually, from October to December.

Programs to be activated:
Gaining professional experience for 10,000 unemployed young people under the age of 29 in the regions of Attica and Central Macedonia. Gaining professional experience for 2000 unemployed people aged 18-29 in the regions of Western Macedonia and the Peloponnese. Subsidy to business enterprises for the employment of 4,000 unemployed people aged 30 and over in the most developed regions with an emphasis on the employment of women (Α΄ ΚΥΚΛΟΣ). Subsidy to business enterprises for the employment of up to 5,000 unemployed people aged 30 and over in regions with economies in transition, with an emphasis on the employment of women (В΄ ΚΥΚΛΟΣ).
