ENFIA: step-by-step payment instructions in 4 clicks

ENFIA’s tax notices were published yesterday on the myAADE electronic platform and are available to property owners.

ENFIA can be paid in a lump sum or in six installments. It is noted that the September installment can be paid in October without a penalty (late payment penalty).

Payment for ENFIA in stages:

The property owner must first log into the myaade website.

He will then select “Debts, Payments and Contributions” (“Οφειλές, πληρωμές & επιστροφές”) from the menu and will be asked to log in with the TAXIS codes.

Then the notice itself and the amount to be paid, as well as the dates of the 6 installments, will be displayed on the computer screen.

Then, by clicking on the debt identifier, the number required to make a payment to the bank will be displayed.
Essentially, with 4 clicks on the computer, the property owner gets the debt ID and can then pay the amount to the bank to pay ENFIA.
