The offender, who became a “headache” for the police authorities, was caught and sentenced to three years in prison.
According to thessalia.gr, the 29-year-old Bulgarian acted like a professional climber, as he managed to climb into the apartments located on the 3rd and 4th floors through sewers and using equipment. The burglar took away gold, jewelry, money from the apartments.
Larisa’s court sentenced the man to three years in prison and, arguing that in order to prevent such criminal acts in the future, it ruled that the sentence could not be deferred.
How the superman burglar was detained
In the first two months of 2019, a Bulgarian entered 25 apartments in Larisa, located in the OSE, ATA and Antupolis districts, enriching himself with a very decent amount – 5270 euros. At the same time, according to law enforcement agencies, the cost of the stolen jewelry was 70,000 euros.
Policemen from Larisa’s subdivision “calculated” the actions of the guy and his 20-year-old friend-gunner, eventually making the arrest of “a couple of elusive”.
