Applications to IDIKA for inclusion in the DEI social tariff started on Thursday, September 16.
Applications for receiving a social (preferential) tariff are checked on the basis of data from the register of vulnerable categories of citizens, tax returns for 2020, income and household composition.
Citizens who applied from September 16, 2021, and before the completion of liquidation
Citizens with changes in their ownership plan in 2020 can, if they wish, submit a new application, which will be verified. We remind you that citizens can apply at any time during the year after the first cancellation of an existing application, two months after the deadline for filing tax returns from 16.09.2020 to 15.11.2020.
Six steps to find out if you are the beneficiary:
Step 1. Upon entering the system, you will be asked to confirm your AMKA and consent to the processing of the necessary data (yours, spouse and minor children, dependents).
Step 2. After your consent, a form with your personal data will appear. Select which tariff you are applying for and are going to apply (CAT A, CAT B).
Step 3: It is necessary to indicate the power supply number. It also requires an email and a mobile phone number that will be used to send any notifications.
Step 4: For KOT-A applications, you need to have an approved KEA application (EEE) that has been approved within the last two months. If you are a KEA beneficiary but your application was approved before the last 2 months, you must apply for a change to the KEA. Guest consent is not required to receive the KOT-A rate because it has been provided by KEA.
Step 5: After the required consent from your adult household members has been obtained and the required fields have been filled in, information is displayed on whether you meet the criteria.
Step 6: To become a beneficiary, you must click the button [Подать заявку]… If you meet the criteria, the four-month consumption limit for billing is also displayed. Otherwise, if you were refused, a reason will be given.
