Pasta with salmon and zucchini in a creamy sauce

The Internet edition “Russian Athens” continues to publish culinary recipes from Irina Fedotova. Today the chef offers us an original recipe for pasta with salmon in a creamy sauce. The main thing from such a delicious diet is not to get fat.


250 g boiled pasta 200 gr. salmon 200 gr. cream (10-15%), you can also add Philadelphia cream cheese (if we are not afraid to get a little fat) 100-150 gr. water 2 cloves of garlic zucchini (about 200 gr.) olive oil salt, pepper 60 gr. shredded cheese.


Cut the zucchini into small squares. Fry them lightly in olive oil along with whole garlic cloves. We also cut the red fish into small pieces and send them to the zucchini. Fry for a couple of minutes. Remove the garlic cloves and add the cream and some water. Salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. We boil pasta, but don’t overcook it! Add the prepared mass to them and mix gently. Lay out on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese.
