From Thursday, Greek courts will require a certificate of vaccination against the coronavirus, a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 or a negative PCR test result from all court officials and members of the public in attendance, the Ministry of Justice said Wednesday.
For members of the public, this document should be held by any person aged 12 and over, and as for personnel, this applies to all staff members of all civil, criminal and military courts, prosecutors, cadastral services and all judicial officials, including judges, judicial clerks and lawyers.
It was noted that children between the ages of 4 and 11 can present a negative self-test, like any adult who goes to court for a very short time, i.e. only for filing legal documents.
