Four Russian transport planes flew to Kabul on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The aircraft are equipped with special equipment, and medical personnel are also present in them, according to AMPE, in case injured or sick passengers have to be transported.
The group of planes plans to pick up at least 500 people from Kabul: citizens of the countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan – and Ukraine. In Ulyanovsk, cars are waiting for orders.
