Internet scammers cheated for 10 thousand euros

A resident of Elis (Greece) had to travel to the Netherlands to find out that he was a victim of scammers.

There is no end to internet scams. A citizen of Elis paid quite dearly for the search for fraudsters, to whom he transferred 10 thousand euros and at the same time “was left with a nose.”

Course of events

On a certain website, an advertisement was placed about the sale of a tractor at a price of 10,000 euros. The person who saw the opportunity in the ad made a deposit and waited for the receipt of an agricultural specialized vehicle.

As time passed, finally losing patience, he began to call the phone number indicated in the ad, but no one answered.

Therefore, the angry man decided to go to the Netherlands himself to find out what was going on. At the address that was in the ad, “there was nothing.” As a result, the deceived man returned to Greece to file a report with the police.
