Ashraf Ghani, who fled the country and resigned as President of Afghanistan, is in a hospital in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.
In providing this information, the Iranian YJC agency did not provide any details. What the ex-president was hospitalized with remains unknown, as well as his condition is not reported.
Earlier, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs officially announced that, for humanitarian reasons, the country received the former president of Afghanistan along with his family.
At the same time, Afghanistan demands from Interpol to detain Ghani, accusing him of exporting a large amount of money from the country.
