Soft, so pleasant in the hands, we don’t even need a rolling pin to work! And also, buns from this dough can be made with a wide variety of fillings. I suggest you with cheese and herbs, you can do it with cottage cheese, with mozzarella, curd cheese, with a thick apple filling or jam, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top.
COMPOUND:
120 g natural yoghurt 50 ml. vegetable oil 60 ml water 1 egg (protein) 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice 1 tbsp. l. sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 350 gr. flour 30 gr. butter at room temperature sesame seeds optional
For filling
200 gr. feta or feta cheese + hard cheese or cottage cheese parsley pepper
COOKING:
In a bowl, mix natural yogurt, vegetable oil, water, the protein of one egg. We’ll need the yolk later. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, baking powder, mix until bubbles appear. We introduce sifted flour. Gradually stir in the softened butter. We knead the dough. It is very soft and pleasant. We leave him to rest a little. For the filling, thoroughly knead the feta cheese with a fork (you can add hard cheese, grated to it), put the herbs, pepper. Divide the dough into equal small pieces, about 40 grams each. We form small cakes, make a cut to the center, put the filling and wrap, as shown in the video. We pinch the edges well. Lubricate with yellow mixed with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
