Greek missile boat entered the Black Sea

The missile boat HS Daniolos P68 of the Greek Navy, as part of the SeaBreeze-2021 military exercises, entered the Black Sea, the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation reports.

The forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet began to control the actions of the Daniolos missile boat of the Greek Navy, which entered the Black Sea on July 10.

Nikos Dendias also said that Athens supports Kiev’s course of strengthening ties with NATO and is actively involved in “security measures for Ukraine through our airbase in Aktio, the periodic presence of our naval forces in the Black Sea and, in general, the forces with which we contribute as a permanent member of NATO ”.

“The main issues of the negotiations are to increase trade and investment, support Ukraine’s accession to the EU and NATO, and facilitate travel,” the Ukrainian diplomacy said in a statement. The ministers were also going to discuss the problem of the armed conflict with Russia.

Russia, for its part, declares NATO’s unprecedented activity on its western borders, which the alliance calls “containment of Russian aggression.” Moscow expresses concern about the buildup of alliance forces in Europe, RIA Novosti notes. Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president, says Russia does not pose a threat to anyone, but will not disregard actions that potentially threaten its interests.
