The interest of potential buyers from Greece and abroad in the apartments of the first “green skyscraper” Marina Tower, in the area of the Marina Agios Kosmas in Elliniko, which will be the tallest coastal building in the Mediterranean, is very high, according to Lamda Development.
Answering journalists’ questions during the online presentation of the new building, which claims to be an international architectural monument, the head of the Lamda Development concern notes that the total budget of the building is estimated at about 250 million euros. According to the current schedule, it is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
Marina Tower is “a sustainable model of modern housing, making the most of the building’s unique seafront location and Mediterranean landscape.” A key element of the design approach is the creation of a skyscraper in complete harmony with nature.
The building will be LEED Gold and Well being certified, and will be an example of sustainable design.
The highest building
It is an impressive high-rise building with panoramic views of the marina and the Aegean Sea as well as the vast park and Athens in general.
Marina Tower is the first skyscraper over 150 meters high to be built in Elliniko and is expected to be completed in 2025 according to the timetable of the development company Lamda Development. Apartment prices will vary depending on the floor, the view from the windows, as well as the size of the living space.
It is not yet clear how the interior space of the skyscraper will be designed (breakdown into apartments), since this will be determined by the existing demand. Depending on each floor, it can accommodate from one to four or more apartments.
It is noted that on the expensive floors of a skyscraper the price of an apartment will be 25,000 euros per sq.m.
