Representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Uzbekistan paid a working visit to Greece, an agreement was reached on charter flights.
During the visit, according to RIA Novosti, Haris Theocharis, Minister of Tourism of Greece, and Sofia Zakharaki, his deputy, met with the Uzbek guests. The main topic of discussion of topical issues was the strengthening of cooperation in the field of tourism.
The Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Greece reports that an agreement has been reached on the opening of charter flights between the countries and a decision has been made on cooperation in the field of various events, in particular, a rally, taking into account the application of the Greek experience.
During a busy program of stay in the Greek capital, the Uzbek delegation also held fruitful negotiations with the Association of Travel Agencies, the Greek Chamber of Commerce, the Greek-Eurasian Business Council, Aegean Airlines, KAD 12 Sports Tips, and the Greek Hotel Council.
