Athens: thousands of people protested outside the walls of the embassies of Israel and the United States

Thousands of people responded to the call of the Greek Committee for Peace and Disarmament (EEDIA), trade unions, mass organizations and on Sunday, May 16, they held a protest in front of the Ministry of Defense, and then took part in a large demonstration outside the walls of the Israeli and US embassies.

The protesters carried banners, posters, chanted slogans condemning the crimes of the murderous state of Israel, which are being committed with the support of the US, NATO and the EU. “The new crime against the Palestinians by the killer state of Israel is a crime committed with the support of the US and the EU. The Greek government and other bourgeois parties openly cover up Israel’s aggression. They are responsible for this development of events. “

He also stressed that “above all they put the plans of the United States and NATO.”
