Experts have noted an increase in pre-bookings for detached pool villas. “The cost of accommodation for 5-6 nights in many cases reaches several thousand euros, however, given the current situation, this is a safe choice,” comments Themistoklis Bakas, President of E-Real Estates, assessing that “the occupancy rate, which will be recorded at the end of the summer season , especially in popular tourist destinations in the country, will reach the 2019 level.
