Allowance of 534 euros for those suspended from work in April

When will the money come to those who were suspended from work in April, i.e. an allowance of 534 euros, according to the Greek Ministry of Labor.

According to available information, today, on Tuesday 11 May, an allowance of 534 euros will be paid to all those who were suspended from work in April. The amount will appear on the accounts of the recipients after 17:00 pm, as usual in this case.

It is noted that until tomorrow, May 12, ERGANI will submit applications for the suspension of employment contracts relating to the period from May 1 to May 12, 2021. From Thursday, May 13, employers can announce the suspension of employment contracts with workers without the possibility of further changes.

As a reminder, an allowance of 534 euros, also called “special compensation”, is intended for beneficiaries and depends on the time for which the employment contract with each specific employee was suspended.
