"Coronavirus all over the head": teenagers were doused with gasoline from the balcony

An incredible incident took place in the Vironas metropolitan area on Sunday evening, when a woman attacked two 15-year-old girls, throwing a can of combustible mixture onto them from a balcony.

According to in.gr, a group of young girls was under the house of a woman who was reportedly annoyed by their presence. At some point, apparently, “having reached the boiling point”, a resident of the house went out onto the balcony and threw a can of gasoline on the guys.

The girls began to call for help, and a little later they were taken to the hospital, fortunately with minor injuries and lesions of the scalp and face.

The father of one of the two girls told protothema.gr about the incident. The man stressed that minors had “burns to the face and head,” noting that they “spent the whole night in the hospital”.

Speaking and describing the incident in which two girls 13 and 14 years old were injured, the father of one said that the incident took place yesterday at 20:38. “The kids were playing near the house and I watched when they got home,” he said, adding that “it was a group of seven teenagers.”

The father also stated that the 37-year-old lady who dropped the canister on the children claims that “it was her cats that accidentally dropped it.”

However, according to protothema.gr, this version is incorrect, since the police have already carried out operational actions on the spot and found out how everything really happened.

“The authorities kept a resident of the house at the Vironas police station all night, and our children with burns were in the hospital,” said the outraged father.

Recall that the woman was detained on charges of causing dangerous bodily harm and is currently being taken to the prosecutor’s office.
