The Boeing 777-800 Dreamliner of the Japanese airline All Nippon Airways, which took off from Paris, made an emergency landing in Russia, the reason was the commander’s stroke, TASS reports.

The plane was flying on the Paris-Tokyo route, but at 09:53 it was forced to land at the Novosibirsk airport. A representative of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office told about the details of the incident:

“At 09:53, a Japanese airline cargo Boeing 777-800 landed at the Novosibirsk airport. The reason is preliminary – a stroke in the aircraft commander. Currently, the crew, including the reserve one, is on vacation. “

The aircraft is scheduled to take off in 18 hours. The representative of the prosecutor’s office clarified that only the crew members were on the cargo plane.
