Coronavirus: three million victims

The number of deaths from coronavirus in the world has exceeded 3 million, according to Forbes. According to Johns Hopkins University, 3,000,225 deaths were recorded as of 13:00.

The United States ranks first in terms of the number of deaths – 566,224. In second place is Brazil, with about 370,000 victims. About 3000 deaths are now registered there every day. In Mexico, 212,000 people have died from the coronavirus. Russia is in seventh place, during the period of the pandemic 105 193 people died in the country (according to Rosstat, 225 572). The top ten countries leading in mortality also included Great Britain, India, France, Italy, Spain, Germany (according to Johns Hopkins University).
