The filling for pies with apples and oranges, but it is not at all necessary to make just such a filling. You can put some apples or thick jam.

RECIPE:

2 oranges 25 grams of starch 130 gr. sugar 2 apples juice of half a lemon turmeric

For the test:

400-450 gr. flour 10 gr. baking powder a pinch of salt vanillin 60 gr. sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 150 gr. orange juice 40 gr. brandy 100 gr. odorless vegetable oil icing sugar

COOKING:

For the filling, chop the oranges in puree and transfer to a saucepan. Add corn starch and sugar to this, mix. Rub the apples on a coarse grater and put them to the oranges, add the juice of half a lemon and a little turmeric, literally on the tip of a knife. Turmeric is needed for vibrant color. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. For the dough, mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanillin, sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine the liquid ingredients: orange juice, brandy, odorless vegetable oil. Add flour mass and knead the dough. Roll out the dough into a layer. Cut out circles with a diameter of 8-9 cm with a mold or glass and fill them with filling. We pinch the edges well. Place in a baking sheet on top of the parchment and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
