Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has left open the possibility of making coronavirus vaccination mandatory for healthcare workers, and the issue will be studied from September, according to his statement.
He does not want to create sources of tension at the moment.
“From September we will have to look at this issue from the other side, we will have to seriously discuss it.”
He explained that at this stage he does not want to create “tension in hospitals.”
It should be noted that, according to the “Russian Athens”, more than 50% of medical workers in Greece refused vaccinations, despite the insistent demands of the management of medical institutions.
