The Bloomberg agency classifies Greece as the countries with the lowest resistance to the pandemic, judging by the situation in the country in March of this year.
The Republic of Greece has “lost” 20 positions in the monthly ranking, reflecting the struggle of the states of the world with the coronavirus. In particular, the country is ranked 40th among 53 countries and 17th among 20 European countries, assessed monthly by Bloomberg in terms of pandemic management. When compiling the rating, Bloomberg assessed a number of certain specific indicators, including the health of the population as a whole and the state of the country’s economy, after which conclusions were drawn about how well the country was coping with the pandemic.
Last month alone, Greece was ranked 20th out of 53 countries and 5th out of 20 European countries, according to Bloomberg rankings. Israel is reportedly showing impressive growth, moving up 9 positions to rank 5th due to the highest percentage of vaccinations administered in the country compared to any other country in the world.
