Cold weather with severe frosts was recorded this morning in the northern and central regions of mainland Greece.
The lowest temperature, according to the network of automatic meteorological stations of the National Observatory of Athens / Meteo.gr, was recorded in the village of Vlasta (Kozani), with a value of -9.4 ° C.
In addition, low temperatures on Friday morning were recorded in Mavrolitari, Phocis (-8.5 ° C), Pertuli, Trikala (-8.2 ° C), Myron Gorge, Florina (-7.6 ° C), Vovusa, Ioannina (-6.9 ° C) and Grevin (-6.4 ° C).
At ski resorts, the thermometer dropped even lower, showing a value of -9.8 ° C (Vasilitsa).
